FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS $100 AND OVER TO ANY AUSTRALIAN DESTINATION VIA EXPRESS POST
We always try to dispatch all orders within 1 - 2 working days. We hope you can appreciate we are physically unable to stock all items displayed on our website in our Windsor store location. We liaise constantly with all of our suppliers to ensure all orders are dispatched in a timely manner. We always send you a personal email with your exact dispatch details. If an order is extremely urgent please contact us via email, telephone or just let us know in the order notes when you check out, so we can do our utmost to deliver on time.
FOR ORDERS UNDER $100 TO AN AUSTRALIAN DESTINATION:

- $13.00 via Express Postage
Available to any Australian address including PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. We use Australia Post and all tracking numbers will be supplied via an email once dispatched. Delivery will take 1 - 5 working days; depending on your delivery postcode.
STORE PICK UP:
If you are lucky enough to be able to come into the store then feel free to put through your order via our website. We will ensure all the products are in our store waiting for you to come and collect them. We will send you an email to notify you when all items are in store. Full payment is required on order placement. Of course this delivery option is FREE.

Red Carpet Jewellers is more than happy to post to other countries but please contact us at jeweller@redcarpetjewellers.com.au prior to purchasing. Advise what you would like to purchase and what country you want it posted to. We will advise you if we are able to ship to your country and all the relevant shipping costs. If you are happy to proceed we will send you an order invoice to be paid prior to any dispatch. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of our International customers on receipt into their country. We do not have your countries rates available and recommend you contact your appropriate government authorities.
