14 Day Money Back Guarantee for all on-line purchases

We guarantee to stand behind our jewellery 100%. We will offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all on-line purchases from the date the jewellery is shipped. Just return the jewellery/watch in its original condition and packaging, with a copy of the receipt and a copy of your original email alert to Red Carpet Jewellers. Your email alert must contain a brief note explaining why your decision to return the item to us. Refunds will have deducted any initial shipping costs; unless the item is found to be faulty. All refunds will be reversed via the same initial payment method.

You can also exchange an item within the 14 days from the date the jewellery is shipped. Just return the jewellery/watch in its original condition and packaging, with a copy of the receipt and a copy of your original email alert to Red Carpet Jewellers. Your email alert must contain a brief note explaining why your decision to exchange the item, what you now wish to order and all your contact details. You will also have to include a self addressed postage paid satchel bag so that the new item/s can be posted back to you. Any refunds will have deducted any initial shipping costs. Also if an additional amount is to be paid then this must be done in full before the exchanged items are posted back to you. Any partial refund will be done on receipt on the original item. Any original shipping costs are NOT refundable. Any applicable refunds will be reversed via the same initial payment method.

All return postage costs to Red Carpet Jewellers are at your expense.

7 Day Exchange for all in-store purchases

All in-store purchases are on a 7 day with a receipt exchange policy only; no refunds. Just return the jewellery/watch in its original condition and packaging to the store personally. Please note that this is not applicable to customised or special orders; please see below.

6 Month Replacement Guarantee On Any Lost Cubic Zirconia

We also guarantee, in the unlikely event, to replace any cubic zirconia that could unfortunately fall out of a piece of jewellery. We will offer a 6 month replacement guarantee for ALL purchases from the date the jewellery is shipped or purchased in store. Just return the jewellery with a copy of the receipt. If this item was purchased via our website then also include a copy of your original email alert to Red Carpet Jewellers. We will repair, clean and deliver the jewellery back to you (only if an on-line purchase) FREE OF CHARGE. All return postage costs back to Red Carpet Jewellers are at your expense.

The guarantee does not cover cubic zirconias that are lost by damages that are caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. If the item is found to be not covered by this guarantee then any quoted repair costs and/or the return postage costs will be payable by you in full prior to the item being returned.

Lifetime Guarantee Against Fading or Loss of Brilliance

We also offer a lifetime guarantee against our cubic zirconias fading or loosing their brilliance under normal wear. Just return the jewellery with a copy of the receipt. If this item was purchased via our website then also include a copy of your original email alert to Red Carpet Jewellers. We will repair, clean and deliver the jewellery back to you (only if an on-line purchase) FREE OF CHARGE. All return postage costs back to Red Carpet Jewellers are at your expense.

Please note this guarantee is only applicable to the cubic zirconias. This also does not apply to chipped or scratched cubic zirconias.

Rings purchased on-line

All gold rings purchased from Red Carpet Jewellers are sized free of charge in our stated ring size range. For women J to P. For men P to V. An additional charge will be applicable for any sizing done out of this range. 

All sterling silver rings MUST be ordered to your correct ring size, as we do not personally re-size any sterling silver ring; unless under special circumstances and an additional charge will be applicable.

If you have ordered a ring in the wrong size then simply return the ring to us within the 14 days from the date the ring was shipped. It must be in the original condition and packaging, with a copy of the receipt and a copy of your original email alert to Red Carpet Jewellers. Your email alert must contain what ring size is now required and all your contact details. All return postage costs back to Red Carpet Jewellers are at your expense. You will also have to include a self addressed postage paid satchel bag so that the new ring in the correct size can be posted back to you.

Thomas Sabo Replacement and Repairs Policy

THOMAS SABO Charm Club and Sterling Silver Jewellery collections come with a 12 month guarantee against defects in manufacture or materials. Your THOMAS SABO Watch has a 24-month guarantee against defects in manufacture or materials. Any item may be returned for replacement or repair within their respective guarantee period from the date of purchase. Manufacturing defects may include but are not limited to faulty clasps or missing stones.

Charms and Jewellery will NOT be replaced for general wear and tear such as:-

  • Damage to the surface of the metal including scratching, rub marks or pitting
  • Damage or wear to set or strung stones including scuffing, cracks and abrasion
  • Loss of charms
  • Damage to the enamel surface which causes discoloration or ‘lifting’ of the enamel
  • Broken or snapped cords or chain links
  • Loosened knots from elasticised bracelets and necklaces
  • Hand-strung necklaces will require occasional re-stringing over time. This remains the responsibility of the consumer.
  • Improper cleaning of products eg; factory oxidized items incorrectly ‘dipped’ or ‘cleaned’

Watch warranty DOES NOT apply in the event of:-

  • Inappropriate handling
  • Third-party repairs
  • Negligent handling
  • Wear and tear
  • Damage caused by common use
  • Misuse or damage caused by an accident
  • Excluded from the warranty are wear parts such as straps/bracelets and batteries.

Please note Red Carpet Jewellers will return the item back to Thomas Sabo on your behalf and their decision is final.  A copy of the Red Carpet Jewellers invoice is also required plus the original completed watch warranty; if a Thomas Sabo watch is being returned. The return postage costs to Red Carpet  Jewellers are at your expense. We will return the jewellery back to you free of charge if repaired by Thomas Sabo. If the item is found to be not covered by their warranty policy then any quoted repair costs and/or the return postage costs will be payable by you in full prior to the item being returned.

Georgini Replacement and Repairs Policy

Georgini guarantees full warranty covering manufacturing and materials defects for current branded products purchased. The warranty only covers damages that are NOT caused by accidents, inappropriate use or wear and tear. Depending on the degree of damage to the warranted product, the feasibility and the availability of replacement parts, it will either be repaired or replaced by a piece of the same value. This warranty service is free of charge. The warranty is valid for a period of one year, from the date of purchase.

Please note Red Carpet Jewellers will return the item back to Georgini on your behalf and their decision is final. The return postage costs to Red Carpet Jewellers are at your expense. We will return the jewellery back to you free of charge if repaired by Georgini. If the item is found to be not covered by their warranty policy then any quoted repair costs and/or the return postage costs will be payable by you in full prior to the item being returned.

2 Year International Warranty On Freelook Watches

Your Freelook watch is warranted for a period of 2 years against any lack of conformity. It will be repaired on the presentation of the issued Freelook warranty certificate.
The warranty does not cover the battery, the lens or the band of your new watch.
Please note Red Carpet Jewellers will return the watch back to Freelook on your behalf and their decision is final. The return postage costs to Red Carpet Jewellers are at your expense. We will return the watch back to you free of charge if repaired by Freelook. If the watch is found to be not covered by their warranty policy then any quoted repair costs and/or the return postage costs will be payable by you in full prior to the watch being returned.

Customised Orders

The following customised jewellery items are NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE -

  • Any replicated, customised or individual designed jewellery pieces made to order.
  • Any request for semi-precious stones, synthetic stones or coloured cubic zirconias to be set into one of our pieces of jewellery.
  • Any diamonds that are supplied for your requirements of carat, colour, clarity and cut.
  • All gold rings sized above or below the stated ring size range.
  • Any sterling silver ring that was re-sized by special request.
  • All bracelets, necklaces and chains that require shortening.
  • Any specially requested ordered items that we did not carry as general stock and/or could not be ordered directly from our website.
  • Any item that was altered in way by customer request on purchase.

IF RETURNING ANY ITEM VIA POST YOU MUST FIRST ADVISE RED CARPET JEWELLERS VIA EMAIL. PLEASE INCLUDE ALL YOUR CONTACT DETAILS. ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE SENT BY REGISTERED MAIL OR COURIER TO MINIMISE THE RISK OF LOSS OR THEFT. WE EXCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR ANY LOST IN TRANSIT ITEMS. ALSO PLEASE PACK GOODS APPROPRIATELY. GOODS PACKAGED WITHOUT DUE CARE MAY RENDER THE RETURN AGREEMENT NULL AND VOID. ALL RETURN POSTAGE COSTS ARE AT YOUR EXPENSE.
