14 Day Money-Back Guarantee

We guarantee to stand behind our jewellery 100%. We will offer a 14-day money back guarantee for all on-line purchases from the date the jewellery is shipped. Just return the jewellery in its original condition, with a copy of the receipt and a brief note explaining why your decision to return the item to us. Refunds will have deducted the initial shipping costs. All in-store purchases are on a 7-day with a receipt exchange policy only; no refunds . Please note that this is not applicable to customised orders; see below.

Lifetime Guarantee Against Fading or Loss of Brilliance

We also offer a lifetime guarantee against our cubic zirconias fading or losing their brilliance under normal wear. Simply return the jewellery with a copy of the receipt and/or copy of the guarantee card and with a brief note explaining your request to our store. We will replace the cubic zirconias only. Please note this guarantee is only applicable to the cubic zirconias. This also does not apply to chipped or fractured cubic zirconias.

Certificate of Authenticity and Limited Lifetime Warranty for Charles & Colvard created Moissanite.

We offer; through Charles & Colvard, a Certificate of Authenticity and Limited Lifetime Warranty for Charles & Colvard created Moissanite. Charles & Colvard certifies that all their jewels are an original Charles & Colvard product which has been manufactured in Charles & Colvard controlled facilities and has been produced by highly-skilled specialists using the latest technology. Moissanite jewels are released for sale only after having met stringent quality control specifications.

Charles & Colvard also offers consumers a limited lifetime warranty that Charles & Colvard created Moissanite will maintain their brilliance and fire for the lifetime of the owner. In the unlikely event that the optical properties of brilliance and fire alter in a Charles & Colvard created Moissanite, just return to Red Carpet Jewellers the set Moissanite; along with the original receipt or certificate issued by us. If the Moissanite is found to be defective it will be replaced with another Charles & Colvard created Moissanite. This warranty does not include loss, theft, disappearance, or loss of the optical properties of brilliance and fire due to incidental or intentional damage such as scrapping, breakage or chipping.

2 YEAR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY ON ALL FREELOOK WATCHES

Your Freelook watch is warranted for a period of 2 years against any lack of conformity. It will be repaired on the presentation of the issued warranty certificate from Red Carpet Jewellers. The warranty does not cover the battery, the lens or the band of your new watch.

ALL RETURNS SHOULD BE SENT BY REGISTERED MAIL OR COURIER TO MINIMISE THE RISK OF LOSS OR THEFT.

Rings

All rings purchased from Red Carpet Jewellers are sized free of charge in our stated ring size range. For women J to P. For men P to V. An additional charge will be applicable for any sizing done out of this range. 

Customised Orders

The following customised jewellery items are NOT REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE -

• Any item purchased in 18ct gold.
• Any Charles & Colvard created Moissanite; this includes loose Moissanite or whole pieces set with Moissanite.
• Any request for semi-precious stones, synthetic stones or coloured cubic zirconias to be set into one of our pieces of jewellery.
• Any diamonds that are supplied for your requirements of carat, colour, clarity and cut.
• All rings sized above or below the stated ring size range.
• All bracelets, necklaces and chains that require shortening.
• Any replicated, especially designed or individual jewellery pieces made to order.
